SHIPPING
We ship worldwide!
Orders are sent out Monday - Friday by DHL.
Once an order has been received, it will ship out of our warehouse in Germany within 1-3 working days.
Orders will ship with DHL Paket which is a DHL Economy service. International orders to USA, Canada, Australia and Asia may take 3-4 weeks+ with DHL during busy periods such as Christmas time, this is out of our control unfortunately.
Orders shipping within Europe will not be subject to any customs duties/taxes on delivery.
Please note that orders shipping to countries outside of the EU will be subject to customs duties/taxes which will be payable to your local customs office before the order is delivered.

RETURNS
Refunds are offered on full price items returned to us in as new condition within 14 days of receipt.
We do not offer exchanges - if you require an alternative size, please place a new order and return the item for a refund.
To return an item, please get in touch on our contact page or reply to your order confirmation email, stating your reason for return. All costs incurred by the return are the responsibility of the returnee, unless a wrong or faulty item was sent.
We recommend you use a tracked service to return the goods to us. Please include a note in your return parcel stating your full name, order number and email address.
